    I have over 6,000 points and when I go to spend them it says I only have 20 points.

    Simply Rewarding Offer Points Not Pending

    Hi there. I activated the "Simply Rewarding Offer" to get 6K reward points for making $60 in purchases over the month of march. During this month, I have made three different purchases that total over $60, but after over 96 hours the 6K points are not showing
    as pending on my account. I wanted to make sure the points were in place before the end of the promotion on 3/31. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Ive been experiencing this for like 2 1/2 months now and still no help i've had a topic open for nearly a month with no help.

    Unable to spend Microsoft Points.

    Could be a risk lock; I could not buy anything online or on console event though all methods valid and enough funds etc.

    After contacting support here:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    It turns out the issue relates to a risk block where by if you buy numerous items in a short time scale or have suddenly bought something after a long break then the system automatically lock your account to prevent fraud.

    To remove the lock please contact support as above and explain the issue.

    Be aware it took 5 days for a resolution so please be patient.

    This is a shot in the dark, but if your on a Family gold membership make sure your account is the primary so you can use the Microsoft points.
