    Over $100 purchases


    i I bought over $100 worth of games but didn't even get one reward credit! I don't understand why I didn't. I've spent a lot of money on Xbox store (since I only buy digital games) but only had 27 dollars in credits over the past 5 years. Either the program
    is broken, or someone's not doing their job right.

    For a possible information:

    I called for support and him me talked that the update's games are problem and Microsoft go fixed them. Solution is to play offline this game.

    But why for me every time I update my any game it is fully downloaded ?

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Hey there.

    This is a known issue - it's just a miscalculation in the percentage being displayed. The download is proceeding as normal, so just let it do its thing. :)

    Purchased over $100 in content in Februrary, still no star increase

    Apologies for the inconvenience. At the current time, we do not have a concrete estimate on when this problem will be resolved, but we expect that this error should be resolved by the end of the month, at the very latest.

    What occurred was an unforeseen delay in purchase information from the data source we pull that activity from. This delay occurred around the beginning of March, causing your purchases made on the 28th to not be properly factored into our VIP Boost calculations
    on times. Our platform team is currently working on a hotfix to resolve this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will update this thread when we receive word of their fix being deployed, and can confirm a positive effect on your VIP level.
