Over 100,000 gamerscore missing. 4 days later....

Well, after hard resets, reinstalling my profile, checking to see if I had a reset by "enforcement" which I didn't, I am still missing over 100,000 from my gamerscore. 4 days later and it's still not fixed. I am a patient person, but this is ridiculous.
Why even have 18004MYXBOX if they just refer you to come here? I have been around since day one and spent thousands on Xbox games. A glitch is what seems to be the common answer I get, but that's just Xbox telling me "We don't know"'. Is Telltale running
the gamerscore leaderboards these days? I expect that out of them. I am a huge fan or Xbox but this seems like a slap in the face. I know it's petty to complain about a score nobody really cares about, but some people do care.

Please help.

MyVIP Gems not being added for Gamerscore increase

Hi,

I've just had a look at MyVIP Gems statement and claimed some Gems for Gamerscore increases and I'm a bit confused how it works. Is there a set amount of Gems you receive for increasing your Gamerscore by 1000?

Over the last 6 months my Gamerscore has increased by roughly 120,000 and I've received 3 deposits in that time. 2 in November (one for 24 Gems and one for 202 Gems) and one in April for 4 Gems.

In between the November and April Deposits I know I have earned over 100,000 Gamerscore, but I only received 4 Gems? Am I missing something or have I not received the correct amount of Gems?

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done but to wait for it to fix itself.
