Outstanding payments for Xbox live gold

The is unfortunately not possible. All overdue payments, has to be settled with credit card or PayPal payment, before you will be able to purchase with codes or your MS account balance.

I would suggest going to billing.microsoft.com and checking to see if your billing information is correct and/or if have any outstanding payment because of an expired payment option (credit card, debit card, etc.). If you do have outstanding payments or
an expired payment option, you will have to add a new one and pay off anything before entering the new gold membership.

Can you confirm that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is current and up to date, with no outstanding payments? You can do so here: https://account.microsoft.com sign in using
the same email and password you use on the Xbox. Go to services & subscriptions to check the status.

Yes, I have an outstanding payment of my gold suscription, and I want to pay it, but i cant, it tells me to try it later.

digital code will not settle the balance you owe. You need to settle the outstanding balance using the steps in
