    Outriders cut scene audio issue (Series X)


    I recently purchased the Xbox wireless headset and have used it without issue on several games. I revisited Outriders as I still have much to do and noticed during cut scenes I am getting a significant amount of missing audio. I do not have any issues during gameplay or menu, just cut scenes. Any advice?

    Yes, the audio is cutting a lot for me to, mostly during the cut scenes.

    cut scenes are lagging horribly on almost all games

    only on non-play parts like cut scenes and such, the audio and video both cut out randomly and separately making cut scenes choppy and very time consuming. It is so annoying i basically have to skip all cut scenes on games where that option is available.

    I'm surprised you have been unable to replicate the issue...or that no-one is aware of it as it has been an issue since the console's release. Here's an article written last December about needing to constantly press a button or move a stick on the controller:

    From the article:

    "Microsoft is aware of the Xbox Series X|S wireless headset audio glitch and ” looking to resolve the issue in a future update” at the time of writing"

    Mind you, there is nothing in the linked Microsoft page to indicate it is aware of the issue so not sure.

    From what I recall from other threads on the issue, cut scenes are the worst as they can sometimes be a few minutes long. Gears of War has been mentioned often as all the games have some long cut scenes...Gears 5 especially
