Outlook account locked please help

Hi Jen,

Thanks for your advice but no joy still I'm afraid - I've never sent emails from the outlook account that I can think of as it was only set up for my xbox. I've completed the form several times again with my EXACT gamertag, console ID and billing details but it still says not enough information ? It's so frustrating now, I've spent days Trying to unlock the account now and no support from Microsoft at all ?

However, I would still encourage you to retry whenever you remember any additional details about the account and you can also check the "More tips when filling out the recovery form" section in the same link for additional help.

This page should help in getting back into your locked account.

It should be the same as your Outlook/Hotmail account details. Remember if you have capitals in your password please use them. Also check your caps lock button. If none of these help you may have to use the forgot password/Email tabs.
