Outer Wilds DLC not showing up in game and refund request denied

Thank you for your reply! Due to nobody responding for a few days I didn't check this post and instead reached out to mobius digital. I ended up just buying the game on epic games, and that worked. If I can get a refund for the 10$ dlc that would be cool, but if not its ok Thank you anyway for your response!

You can try reaching out to out Live Support and seek some help, but you need to present all the information required for them to check it properly in your behalf

5. Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:

So I got a full refund for the Airports DLC, and want to buy it at the sale price, but my Xboxes tell me I own it already. I can only install it directly from the DLCs Xbox Store page though, and not via manage game and add-ons (i.e., it’s not showing up there as a DLC I own).

Does anyone know if I CAN repurchase digital content after a refund or is the ownership license permanently attached to my account even after the refund?

My request for refund for Ashen and the Vurhonga DLC was denied as my request came too late. They are apparently very reluctant to give you more than 14 days.

You can request a refund here xbox.com/refund, log in to the site, and the list of games eligible for a refund should show up. Just tick the box next to the game you want the refund for, and select request refund at the bottom of the page. If you get a refund denied email, just reply to the email explaining in detail why you want the refund.
