Outdated program number for Belgium Operator Proximus

Proximus in Belgium has recenlty updated their chanel number, could you please upgrade the One Guide in order to follow the numbering ?

Unable to use my Proximus TV V5 decoder via OneGuide

Hi Gents,

I try to configure the OneGuide application in order to use my decoder.

When I introduce the brand of the decoder and the 3 first letters of the model, my decoder is not available in the list displayed by the configurator.

The only way for configuring OneGuide is to introduce the IR code of the decoder remote control. But I don't know it and my tv provider is not able to give me this code

I'm from Belgium and my service provider for the television decoder is Proximus.

Here are the information about the decoder:

Brand: Cisco

Model: ISB8320-E

Provider: Proximus-Wallonie

Is there anyone who can help me to complete the configuration?

Hey, Tyr003! You can actually send in this issue through your console! This is sent directly to the team that works on these. If you haven't already, go into Settings > All settings > TV & OneGuide > Troubleshooting > Report a OneGuide problem. In there,
you can describe what you are seeing.

Once you have done that, post back, and I'll be sure the right people have eyes on it after that. Thanks!
