Out of Windows 10 redeem codes

I can't get my Minecraft windows 10 redeem code even though I purchased Minecraft Java Edition before October 19th, 2018. I go to https://account.mojang.com/me to redeem my codes.
When I click it, a message pops up stating, "Error! It looks like we've temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. Don't worry though, more codes should be on their
way. Please check back later!"https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...em-codes/05a3d647-5cd3-4f50-b701-04b50df86c2e.
This is a link to ~1000 people with the same issue and 14.37 thousand views. We have all tried contacting https://t.co/xwJI4j8UvC?amp=1 with no response in the last ~30 days. We then tweeted @MojangSupport in search of answers with a very reciprocated response:
"Please send us an email at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new… and
we will assist. ^RL."

which was the very place in which we emailed our concerns in the first place. All I want to do is play games with my friends on windows 10 as was promised. I feel that my arguments are being ignored and refuted. I just want to play with my friends how can
I get the code/when will new codes come out?

If you received a code to download your copy of Quantum Break for Windows 10, you will need to redeem this at the Windows Store. Here are the instructions that should assist you in redeeming your Windows 10 code.
