Out of video memory

So bascially I just bought a new game to my collection. This time I got Control because I liked the game quantum break and though this would be something like it since ive heard people say that. I of course got it digitally. I played through
the first missions, maybe the 6 first. Then Danteh or whatever his name is starts a speech directed at the player. The first time it happend I got about halfway through the speech and then a error came up. "Out of video memory". That's okay
I think and boot up the game again since the only option it game me was to quit the game. I load into the game again. The speech automatically starts... "Out of video memory" at this point I started to think something was wrong with the game.
I re-installed it... I tried it again. "Out of video memory"... I try again. "Out of video memory" now I'm thinking "Welp, probs gonan have to restore my xbox". I do this, the first time I keep my apps and games. Can you guess
what happend when the proccess was done and I booted up the game again? OUT OF VIDEO MEMORY................... I then restore it to factory default(:/) without keeping my apps and games this time. I do the setup proccess yet
again. OUT OF VIDEO MEMORY is the message I get hit with again. I saw on reddit that this has happend to more people on Reddit on this precise game. I also saw that it's basically the same on the PS4. It barely runs. And I need to add: It
runs **** on xbox also, everytime you un-pause, your frames drops to below 15 for sure. This game is so poorly optimized for Xbox it's honestly kinda sad. I'm thinking it's the save's that's bugged. However, I refuse to start a new game due to the game being
so badly ported to console. Is there any way I could get my money back? I literally cannot play the game, I paid for it. A pretty hefty price also.
