  1. "Out Of Sync" Saves on Xbox360 / Cloud Save Problems


    Hi all,

    I am looking to get all mine and my partners saves off of my old xbox360 into the cloud, so I can sunset the old girl. But I am running into some trouble.

    Firstly, my partners account has all the features of Gold when on Xbox One (I believe because my account is the main account and has it) but on our 360, she can't seem to move her saves to the cloud. Is this because technically she is on silver? Is there
    a way to get her saves onto the Xbox One some how?

    Secondly, when I look at saves on the cloud storage section on the Xbox360, a lot of them say "Out Of Sync". What does that mean, how can I sync them? Some say "Cloud Only" which makes sense, and some say "In Sync". How can I get the "Out Of Sync" saves
    to sync?

    Thirdly, when trying to move some of my saves onto the cloud, which I am able to do, as I have gold, its giving me errors stopping my transferring. Despite it showing 1.2gb free, I can't move anything else across. These are the screens I get:

    Then when I go to device options by pressing Y:

    Please can someone advise a way to save both mine and my partners saves and secure them in the cloud? Also ideally if there is a way to not do it one by one but just upload all? That would save a lot of time!

    Even after leaving the 360 on for an extended period of time the saves remain out of sync, and theres no network traffic to indicate the 360 is trying to sync them?

    Since Gold cannot be shared on the 360, accounts need their own Gold subscription in order to use the cloud saves feature.

    Thanks, I figured as much. Is there a non-cloud save way to get my partners saves from the 360 to the xbox one then?

    Do you have Cloud Storage enabled?



    Does your Cloud Storage show any games that aren't in sync?



    Either manually sync your Cloud saves (you'll have to insert the game disc for each title which has out of sync saves), or log out of Live, install, then log back in.
