"Out of storage" error on Login

Hi,

Based on the error message you're getting, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

• An outdated version of the Xbox app
• A corrupted Xbox app profile data
• Availability of updates for the PC
• Corrupted system files

Kindly answer the following questions and we'll advise the best approach in resolving this issue:

• Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?
• Are you using an external or internal hard drive?
• Are you able to access other applications?

link. This can help resolve issues with apps downloaded from the Windows Store.

For that error you'll need to delete your profile and redownload it

Do you also get any error codes?

Try changing your password online from https://account.microsoft.com/

This can "refresh" your login details, solving some login problems.

If that doesn't work, clear your Xbox 360's cache:

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage.

Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button  on your controller for Device Options.

Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.

On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
