    Out of nowhere I can’t connect to the wifi


    I recently haven’t been able to connect to my wifi. Just over this last week I’ve been having to restart my router to get it to work. Every time I turn my Xbox off I would have to restart the modem again.

    (I have a modem with a built in router)

    After 3 days of restarting my modem it won’t work now. I feel like I’m being blocked by MAC numbers or something but I can’t figure out how to see if my Xbox is being blocked. Nothing else in my house is having an issue just my Xbox series x and Xbox one.

    Whenever I try to connect to my WiFi it just says it can’t connect. I also can’t connect to a wired connection as my Xbox is on the other side of the house as my router. I also only have my controller plugged into the Xbox.

    I tried the soft factory reset and it reset but once I got to where i had to connect to wifi, i put in the correct wifi password and it still said i can’t connect. Should i do the the factory reset and delete all the data?

    Hello my name is Jonathan and I just bought a pair of turtle beach stealth 700. I had the headphones charged all the way and plugged the usb transmitter to my ps5 once I was playing my game all of a sudden I lost connection to WiFi and play station network. I took me a long time to figure out if it was my WiFi or the network but once I unplugged the usb transmitter I had WiFi and the network was back on I tried to plug it back in and out but I still loose connection and I can’t play my game?
