Out of 10-day-range already,my redeem code for American Nightmare is still not in my hands yet

Now I'm definitely sure it's already over 10 days after my pre-order on Quantum Break,as I checked my billing and it says I pre-ordered on Mar 26th.My mailbox address is

The codes are given 7-10 days after the release of the game. The game come out 04/05/2016, so in 7-10 days you gonna get the codes.

 

But the code for American Nightmare would come out in 7-10 days after your pre-order,and now it's over 10 days but I haven't go that code yet as well......

Please make sure you're posting from the same account that originally purchased the game. To verify your purchase you can sign in over on

commerce.microsoft.com and check your recent purchases.

The codes are given 7-10 days after the release of the game, not 7-10 days from pre ordering the game. You should receive it within 7-10 days after the release date, and it is being release per batch from the first person who pre order it to the last person.

 

Unfortunately, the time frame has been extended with delays in codes being sent up until 7/7/2016:

But I think the code for American Nightmare should be given to me already since I've pre-ordered it more than 10 days ago.Because the code for that would be given to the people who pre-ordered it within 10 days after the pre-order.I'm just asking for a way
to get the code for that......

 

Now I can't see my code in the notification center on Xbox App on Windows nor the Xbox site,so I'm a bit worried.Especially the code for American Nightmare should be given already.

If you sign into that page I linked above (commerce.microsoft.com) do you see a completed transaction for Quantum Break? If so can you please get a screenshot
of that completed purchase, edit out any personal information and share that screenshot via Private Message?
