    I ran Pinball FX2, an MS game which uses Xbox to track progress. I apparently had a corrupted user profile on Win 10, which I didn't find out until I had uninstalled the game (which I did because it couldn't connect to Xbox for 3 days). Now, I can no longer
    access the MS store on this user account (because it's corrupte), so can't reinstall the game on this acct. I set up a new user account, and was able to install the game. But I lost ALL of my purchases for Pinball FX2 (even though I used the same Windows and
    Xbox log-ins). I had bought nearly 30 tables, so I am out $60 or $70. I'm now creating an MS10 install disk in an attempt to repair my user profile. Hopefully, that will resolve the issue but jeez what a mess.

    Hello? Sorry for the inconvenience, There has been lots of on going issues with Xbox Live/Glitches (bugs) due to the new Windows 10 with everybody downloading it, because as you may not know Windows 10 offers a feature on a laptop or computer that connects
    to your Xbox via Xbox App, that comes with Windows 10 during Installation. so there is Millions of users/people doing so because Windows 10 is completely FREE, so even the Xbox Servers is very busy due to issues that customers call about regarding their Xbox
    Problems, & such. Please hold off on playing Xbox for awhile, since their is a lot of Glitches (bugs) going on due to Windows 10 etc. I'm sure Xbox will have the problems fixed. if the problems continues, please contact Microsoft (US): 1 (800) 642 7676 or

    Windows 10 Game Streaming LAG

    My suggestion is to wait it out. Windows 10 still hasn't been officially released and I know a lot of the updates to the XB1 and Windows 10 are to correct streaming issues. Please standby and hope that it gets worked out before the launch of Windows 10.

    Hello ziyiJiang,

    Are you using Windows 10? If you are, Windows 10 should recognise the wireless adapter directly. Is the adapter the original one from Microsoft or a third party one?

    In case is the official one, follow the instructions described in this url : https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/connect-xbox-wireless-controller-to-pc

    In case it doesn't work, maybe the adapter is malfunctioning. You should take it to the shop and get it changed for a working one.
