Our Xbox Live account has been hacked; help/hope?

I think for the moment we will need to wait until customer support is back on duty and try the account recovery form however I don't know if it will be successful since all the data from the stolen account has been changed.

Let's hope, in any case try to fill out the recovery form in some other way since it is the only way to recover the account. In fact, you can try to contact support but the answer you will get is the same and they will direct you to the form.

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. Having said this, you can enter the following link:
