    Our used Xbox That we bought has a family pin code and we don’t know how to remove it.


    We bought a used xbox, and it has a family pin code and we dont know what it is, or how to remove it. Its really stressing me out, because we cant do a thing on the xbox. Last time i tried to remove the pin, i needed to “sign into the xbox” then remove it.
    Please help, im so stressed out.

    I am assuming that the console that you had purchased was a Xbox 360.

    You would need to follow the steps on the following site.

    Is it allowing you to download a profile to this new xbox?

    Yes, it is a xbox 360. Sorry for not including that.

    ive followed the steps on the site and added my xbox, but i dont see any “reset passcode” Button in manage.

    also, no. It’s not letting me select Next and Remember Password when i add my profile.
