Our store is not working.

No, game saves our only compatible with the platform they are created on. So steam saves only work with Steam, Windows Store w Windows Store etc

Apparently it could be in our stores as soon as tomorrow. The developers have been working hard to get it a rating in Australia.

I work at Gamestop, so naturally there.

I was just lucky I was working when the pre-orders went live. Our store only got an allotment of 10.

Hmm, you're sure you are connected to the internet? It looks like all Xbox services are working now.

2. May we ask if you can sign into your Microsoft account (that purchased the game) successfully in here - Microsoft account | Order history?
   
3. May we know if you can see the Forza Horizon 4 listed among the apps you own or is your subscription (if any) active?
   
4. Have you tried performing this troubleshooting - I can't find or install an app from Microsoft Store?
