enforcement cannot be reached by anyone here or at Support, the only way to talk to them is through the appeal process. I highly recommend you wait until the information on your case shows up in your account before filing your appeal, that way you can address very specifically any alleged mistakes

in my experience filing an appeal before this information is available results in a failed appeal nearly 100% of the time

Well you can't appeal anything older then a year

If it was pre 2016 it wouldn't apply as it would've been in the old forums and you still had to appeal back then and you only get one appeal

I just got suspended yesterday and waited 24 hours to see if anything would change and tried contacting support but they said it’s a different department that that have no control over

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours. The questionnaire is located on the page which shows you the enforcement action.
