Вчера случайно был подтвержден платеж в игре Roblox.

Пытаюсь отменить платеж по ссыке "Refund information" указанной в истории платежей.

Далее отвечаю на несколько вопросов, после чего мне предлагается перейти по ссылке для заполнения формы на возврат. Но эта ссылка не работает. По ней я выхожу на страницу где мне предлагается задать вопросу боту, а не заполнить форму.
