    Oscar Promotion Failure


    Hello, I never received my digital gift card for the oscar promotion which was run through the Microsoft Store on Windows 10.

    Bought five eligible movies and never received any reward. Below was advice from a customer support representative that includes the case number for the chat we had.

    reviewed for the promotion about the movie purchases. Nothing to worry, I

    Hey A Major Wanka! Can you post back and confirm that you've checked all emails linked to your GT? Including your WLID and preferred contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences)?
    As well as all spam, junk and trash folders? Oscar Promotion Failure :)

    Purchased 6 month subscription of live on 4/29 with promise of 5 games: fable 3 and halo reach are the only two I can remember.

    We do not have any Oscar Movie Promotion, and we do not generally award giftcards. Therefore, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support for more assistance. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards issue.
