Oscar Movies $5 Gift card offer

Hello,

I bought 4 movies from the Oscar movies reward promotion that was going on in February but still haven't received my $5 gifrcards for the movie purchases. They were supposed to be sent by yesterday so I'm a little worried now. Can you help please?

I purchased 5 separate movies during Build Your Oscar Collection Movie Offer via my Xbox One S on the Microsoft Movies and T.V App. Each eligible purchase is supposed to grant a $5 gift card for the purchase per the rules and regulations quoted below:

2017.

I have contacted Xbox support, Microsoft support, movies and TV support which finally led to me being told to make a post on this forum.

Please tell me how to get the credit that is due to me for making 5 qualifying title purchases.

We do not have any Oscar Movie Promotion, and we do not generally award giftcards. Therefore, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support for more assistance. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards issue.
