    Original Xbox One won’t start up


    Hello,

    I’ve been struggling with my Xbox one. It kept randomly powering on and I couldn’t get it to stop, so I unplugged the console for a bit. Now, I try turning it on without any signal. The Xbox has power and all the cables work, but there is no signal. It won’t even power down unless I hold the power button down. I’ve tried the options to reset the console by holding certain buttons but has not worked so far. Any ideas what I can do? Thanks

    Hi Luis, I have tried holding down the pair and eject buttons together several times, but have not heard additional start up sounds (unless I’m doing it wrong, the Xbox one doesn’t have an eject “button” but a sensor right?) I’ve also holding down the power button with the eject and pair buttons separately. Any other options to try?
