    i have recently bought my son a second hand xbox one the original black model and it seems to be stuck in a booting up loop, i have tried a soft reset and many countless other stuff you see on youtube and nothing seems to work! i cant seem to get the troubleshoot
    screen up either to factory reset the console, can someone please help me before the xbox takes a free flying lesson
