    Which version of the Xbox one do you have? The original xbox one, s, or x? If it's an original xbox one the external power supply may have fried, if that is the case unfortunately xbox isn't selling the power supply bricks anymore, but after market ones
    can be found on amazon among other places.

    I know that the original Xbox One has an external power supply. But my Xbox One X has an internal power supply.

    This can usually be solves by resetting the surge protection in the power supply. Unplug the console and power supply (if you have an original Xbox one) for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If that does not fix this problem your power supply (internal
    or external) may need repairs.
