    Hi, I have an original xbox one and the power supply stopped working.

    Microsoft no longer sells replacement power supplies via Device support, so I got a third-party replacement which didn't work. I know that the xbox works because I took it to an eb games store and the turned it on with an original power supply.

    I just need to find some way of getting one that works, any help would be appreciated

    Hi erwanrenard,

    I'm sorry to hear that your Xbox does not power on. It sounds like the power supply unit needs to be replaced by what I've read so far. Unfortunately the original Xbox One and the power supply unit for the original Xbox One have been discontinued so there
    won't be a way to get a repair or replacement from Microsoft for either the console or power unit.

    Our suggestion would be to look for a pre-owned power supply unit to replace the one you have and that should power on the console. If a replacement power supply does not help, then you will need to buy a new console.

    I don't think you can replace an og xbox one power supply anymore. You best chance is a good third party provider

    My sugestion is to find some old xbox which is out of game and took replacement power supply. I believe you can find one on the some web shop. And even better thing. Xbox one S is very cheap and maybe it is time for upgrade.
