    Original Xbox One Power Brick


    Alright so, my xbox one power brick turns on with out me plugging it in into my xbox, the light stays orange, and if i try to plug it into my xbox the power supply shuts off, i have tried everything but nothing works, what do i do?

    If it's an Xbox One S or X you should be okay if it's one of the original Xbox One consoles that has the power brick then you will need to obtain a new power brick.

    If it is an Xbox One S or X then it should work as these support multi voltages. If it is the original Xbox One that has a separate power brick then you will purchase a replacement power brick.

    Are you talking about an Original Xbox One with a power brick? if so you can get a new power brick for the region you are in. The biggest problem will be finding one as they are no longer made by Microsoft/Xbox
