Original Xbox One Orange Power Brick

You mentioned trying another power brick, so I'm assuming you are referring to an original Xbox One model (not the Xbox One S or X)

Then what happens with the light on the power brick when you try to turn the console on? Is it on, off, or flashing orange?

When did you buy this new Xbox One? If it's fairly new, and doesn't turn on, then exchange it at the store you purchased it at because it should be under warranty.

In regards to the orange light on the power brick, I would suggest making sure the console is off, then unplugging the power cord from the wall and the console itself. After that, wait a couple minutes before plugging everything back in, and then try turning
it on again. Also, try plugging the power cord directly into a wall outlet (not a power bar / surge protector)

If the console doesn't turn on, and the light is still orange on the power brick, then chances are it needs to be serviced.

If you have gotten another external power supply unit and the Xbox One is still not powering on, then the console has a hardware failure internally and it will need to sent in for repair or replacement. You can try power cycling the console and try plugging
it into different wall outlets and see if that makes a difference. Go ahead and do a

hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

If you have another power brick you could test with you may just be able to replace that if it checks okay during the test.

Your power brick, (the one with the orange light), plugs from your power source(i.e. Power outlet or plug), into the power brick then into the actual Xbox. The HDMI cord plugs from your XBOX to your television...good luck...
