Original Xbox One has not had stable on connection since Preview update on Oct 25th 2022

Greetings and hello

I was playing things as normal on the Original Xbox One when the Preview Update came that morning. At first, there was an error for the update and i restarted it. It went through and updated.

I went to play Warframe and loaded into the game. When i went to play a mission, the screen went black and a strange noise was coming from the speakers. Then the Xbox One turned off.

After a while i tried to turn it back on yet was greeted by static noises as well as a black screen with a green line moving back and forth at the top of the screen. Seeing this, i removed the power cord and waited at least 30 minutes. Plugged back in and all seemed good until i went back into the same game. It crashed again while playing a mission and let the Xbox One sit for the remainder of the day unplugged

Recently gave another attempt to get on and the same sounds and black screen with shrieking sounds came back.

Decided to unplug the power again and see what is going on here if this is a known issue or something new. Thank you for this and lets see of anything works to get back to working proper

Disconnect the network cable if using a wired network connection.

Turn off the console and unplug the power cord to ensure the console is completely turned off.

Once again thank you for the assistance

What i found worked was unplugging of the battery pack from the Xbox One and the wall outlet for 30 minutes

After it was unplugged and plugged back in, the black screen has not shown up as i have let it run for 30 minutes
