    Original Xbox on Insider Program Grey Screening After Boot Up


    i attempted to get on and play some games last night to be greeted with a grey screen, instead of the usual sign in screen, whats weird is that i can hold down the xbox button on my controller and the menu with “turn off console, turn off controller, restart console” stills appears. i have it required for me to sign in on my xbox. i’ve tried everything, i’ve hard reset 10+ times, unplugged & plugged back in, held the sync eject and home button at the same time. i’ve done everything, please help.

    Are you in the Insider/Preview Program?

    Have you tried waiting on the grey screen for a minute? Nothing happens?

    Have you tried turning off your Xbox completely for 30 seconds and restarting?

    Hello there, unfortunately after three times of flawless booting up the issue has returned.

    After spending a very long time on the grey screen with the white circle spinning, I am now stuck at the profile selection screen trying to sign into Xbox Live.

    Any advice is very welcome!

    Xbox one series s, it is not part of the insider program, the screen reads: preparing console, it loads up to 61% and freezes on 61%. No other devices. And my xbox was taking basically 12 years to boot up this morning and so I did a power reset and that didn't work and a couple times the green xbox one screen would pop up and 5 minutes later disappear to a black screen.
