    Original Xbox games "Don't Buy"


    Hello there!

    I recently brought an original Xbox game called Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy. It was new on Games on Demand so I thought I'll try it. After 80% of download it exited with "Can't download Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy". In my Storage--> Games and App menu say
    it Corrupted. I tried several different thing to make it work, I used a flash drive, Update Xbox, delete my profile, downloaded other games without problem etc... Then I found a page: https://www.reddit.com/r/xbox360/comments/9mx2lb/game_downloads_corrupted/ and
    it has the same problem as me.

    So I living in hungary my region as well hungary and meanwhile the Microsoft store allowed me to purchase this game, not allowing me to download because region lock! Thank you!

    Probably this was my last Xbox game purchase for me, I'll not take a chance.

    Hello BadJamesBack,

    Are you able to access your
    Order History     on the Microsoft site for your region? If so, check and see if there is a "request a return" option next to the games, if not, you may need to use the virtual assistant to request a call from Microsoft Support so that they can process the
    refund. This site is predominately just gamers looking out for other gamers.
    The link posted above is for the US region, not yours. So unfortunately its blocked for you to access.
