Original Xbox Game Missing Cover Art

I have just recently downloaded -Indigo Prophecy- from the marketplace. It has no cover art, only an empty Grey box. Can a Microsoft/Xbox employee please look into getting it visible again? I'm in love with my game collection, but its a tough pill to swallow
seeing Grey where the cover should be

I'm also having this issue. First it started with some games showing the generic xbox live covert art with green swirl while other games' art loads up fine. Clearing the system cache may it somewhat worse as now instead of the generic cover art, I get
the missing art icon on some games but not others. Also after clearing system cache, the missing cover art is on different games than before where as it used to have cover art. I don't think its related to delisted games because the games showing missing
cover art are still being sold such as ducktales:remastered and castle crashers.

Xbox Original games which will not show full cover art. I'm sorry for any confusion over this!

 

Hello! Unfortunately, while Xbox Originals display their cover arts in the Xbox Store, they will not do the same while you are viewing them on your storage device.

 

Is that likely to change anytime soon? Just realizing I only have the one original game downloaded... Thought it was a glitch.

 

Since support for original Xbox games ended in 2010 it's highly unlikely they'll add that feature.

 

I have half my 360 library not show any cover art. If the game gets taken out of Xbox Live, it disappears. It's kind of stupid, you'd think your console would cache that but I guess not :S. The dashboard is pretty broken

 

I was pretty bummed about that too. Whenever XBL goes out, I lose ALL of my cover art and it looks depressing. This should be something that it stored on the HDD

 

yeah it disgusting tbh I paid for the game it should include the cover-art on my local hd instead of hiding it behind xbox silver and saying hey look we give you something for free when in fact it is paid for already

 

I have the same problem with the cover art. You just have to wait. The problem is with the XBOX LIVE Servers. For me it took two weeks to everything go back to normal.
