Original Star Wars battlefront 2 : fails after 80% of download

Xbox original game for Xbox 360 won't get passed 80% of download

also i so I noticed in the purchase screen there is no preview screen shots of the game

is this abnormal??? Normally u have screenshots of the game before u buy

I have tried so many times to download the battlefront 2 game to my Xbox 360..

after 80%

it straight away goes to 100% and then says

star wars battlefront 2 could not be downloaded

 

Xbox engineers please please fix original Star Wars battlefront 2.. It won't download to my Xbox 360

Hello, richardhunt2 we recomend you to performed a console power cycle this will fix most of the times this kind of issues,
here are the instructions in the following link:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

After do that unisntall the game and try to download it again from begining

I am having a similiar

issue right after a successful download of a different game

 

Spent the whole day on tech support about original battlefront 2 xbox 360 download. After trying everything imaginable they told me I could have a refund or I can wait for engineers to fix it. So far I have not heard back about the engineers....

How can he do a power cycle on the Xbox One when his problem is with the Xbox 360?

 

I keep getting refused a refund for the same problem. Sick of the BS.

 

As of 10/25/2018 the download works I just verified it can be downloaded and played. On the xbox 360 as of today.
