    Original Gen Xbox one making buzzing noise when off


    Hi my OG Xbox one has started making a low level buzzing noise when off or in standby. Is this normal and is it dangerous at all. And is there anything I can do to stop it. It is well ventilated and cleaned regularly to ensure fans run as designed. Is this
    related to the consoles that were replaced a few years ago and is it possible to have my replaced or repaired. As I m disabled and sometimes trapped in bed due to pain and the Xbox is my only release I cannot afford a new one and couldn't bare for this one
    to break. Thanks for any help in advance

    Xbox One ticking while disc is playing

    My xbox one is making a buzzzing noise when I play Madden 25 in it. When using any other feature is functions fine. The buzzing noise is not as prominent as the loud disc drive clicking noises i've seen on youtube. Is anyone else experiencing this buzzing
    noise?

    my brand new xbox is making alot of noise

    I just got a brand new xbox one and it keeps making a buzzing or loud fan noise when on and it carries on when turned off, anyone know how i can fix this?

    If it's in instant on, that'd probably be the PSU making the noise.

    Try to unplug it from the power completely and check again

    It's the original version... My Xbox makes 2 weird buzzing noises when it tries to read the disc then it just says open tray.

    I purchased the Madden bundle and the first one I had made a buzzing noise too. It was VERY annoying and even made the noise when just sitting on the home page. I returned it and the second one is almost dead silent. Definitely return it if yours is making
    a buzzing noise...
