    Original Fat Xbox - Black screen of death (no suggested fixes work)


    Hi,

    My xbox one has a black screen when I turn on the system. I’ve tried the fixes which have worked for other people but I can’t get to the menu where I restore the Xbox in order to get passed this situation.

    I should also mention my Xbox button on the console does not work.

    In that case, mate, you would need the power buttom on your console to get in the troubleshooting mate and fix the black screen. :(

    Hi there Champion welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Unfortunately, all of the models can suffer of the black screen of death, but, this is not very common. The model that suffers this issue the most is the FAT model! (The original model)
