Original Dark Souls code for Xbox One

I bought the Dark Souls 3 Deluxe Edition before the game even came out and in the purchase it says "The code for Dark Souls will be delivered to your xbox message center in 7-10 days." It's been almost a month and I still have
not received the code?

Dark souls code clarification

I would like someone from xbox support to clarify this for me once and for all. When the dark souls 3 promotional code for the original dark souls finally arrives, will it allow me to play the original dark souls on xbox one or not?

NOT

I preordered dark souls 3 the 17th of February the one that comes with the dark souls 1 code on the Microsoft store through the xbox one and I've not got the code for dark souls 1 yet.

@DENAz666, that is either a blatant lie, or you need to check your sources.

1.) The link you provided is broken.

2.) It does not say get Dark Souls on 360, nor does it say playable on the One "at a later date."

Not sure who exactly is at fault here, but it needs to be made known, and an apology needs to be made. Many people were wrongly encouraged to pre-order this game, and this is not right. Fix it.
