Original Bioshock on the 360 won't install on XB1

I have tried installing my physical copy of the first release of Bioshock 1 (360 version) onto my XB1. It will not recognize it as being a game that can be installed for some reason.

The box that shows up when you insert a game and says "There is a problem getting this content right now". I managed to install 2 other games without an issue today from my 360 collection (Borderlands 2, Ace Combat 6).

There are a few tiny scuffs on the disc, but nothing that should interfere with the read/install. As a test, I successfully used the install option and Bioshock on my 360 and it ran fine.

This game is clearly marked as being able to run and install on the XB1. Any ideas, or steps I can take? Any one else have this issue?

Unfortunately, it gave me the same error message in that little CD box icon - "There is a problem getting this content right now"

I just tested another 360 game I had (Duke Nukem Forever) and it installed perfectly fine.

And as Psychedelic Imp suggested, I have tried the hard reset and (10 seconds on the power button) and just now completed a full console reset (keeping games and apps), but the error message still persists on just that one game disc.

Additionally, I have the XB1-S (disc version of course), if that matters.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to install one of your games.

I would recommend having your console
go offline and attempt to install the game in this manner. This should also provide a much faster install.

Once you finish installing that game, you should be able to go back online, and update your game. This will have to happen before you can run the game.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

try hard resting by holding down power button for 10 sec if that does not fix it your next step is to go to settings >system>console info>reset console >reset and keep my games and apps

@ Al Bundy lol no worries...I have both my 360's on the side of my entertainment center and the original XBOX right smack dab in the center and that's where the XB1 is going so when that happens i guess it's time to put away the original XBOX as i won't
have anymore room either='(
