    Ori and the Will of the Wisps Unity Crash Error


    Hi,

    Just installed Ori and the Will of the Wisps. The game crashes while in-game for 15-30 minutes. Shows the Unity crash window and then crashes to the desktop. Please Help!



    My PC Spec

    CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x

    RAM: 32GB 3600Mhz (16x2)

    GPU: RTX 3080 FE

    OS: Windows 11 Pro | Version: 22H2

    Hey WattyNuela. So I was able to play the game at 60fps. When capped at 60fps, the game ran like a charm on all the resolutions. Almost 20 hours in. Not a single crash.

    So I have tried 2 other resolutions, 720p and 1080p. in 1080p the crash still happens. But in 720p I have played for more than an hour. No crashes so far. Do I have to play the game in 720p in a 2K monitor? :(

    Hi WattyNuela. I currently do not have access to any other monitors. I've changed the game resolution to and tested on 720p (1 hour no crash) and 1080p (crashed in 15 minutes).

    I have clean-installed the latest Nvidia driver with the help of DDU (in safe mode). I'll contact Xbox support as mentioned.

    Hello React, may I know if you're able to connect your PC to a different monitor?

    Additionally, can you double check if your graphics card driver is up-to-date?
