    The official word is that there currently an issue with the price of the Definitive edition while the sales are happening. Once the game sale has ended you should be able to purchase the game for $4.99

    Damn i just upgraded my standard ori to the definite edition just because i thought the definite edition would also work on the PC :(

    I'm having the same issue actually. I got Ori from the XBOX ONE package that came with codes for Ori, Gears of War, etc. It doesn't allow me to just upgrade the game at $4.99. Instead I just get the option to download the entire DE game at $19.99. I don't
    want to pay for the game twice, and there was no "available upgrade" message either. I'm hoping this is just a glitch. I really don't want to basically pay twice for an extension on the game... :(
