Organizer of Family email no longer exists, yet it says I still need parent permission

When my email was first made, my mom and dad put it under their family in Microsoft. But after trying to play games on the microsoft store and being told that I need parent permission to change privacy and online settings, I attempted to do so only to
find out that my email is in the family with only my mother's old email that no longer exists. I'm unable to leave the family because I need the parent to allow permission but the email doesn't exist. I need parent permission to play Microsoft games, but I
can't because the email doesn't exist. I'd rather not have to delete my microsoft account and would like to leave the family. Can someone please let me know if that is possible?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If you're still a minor you will be needing to ask an adult or your parent to add you as a member of their family group via https://account.microsoft.com/family and they will be needing to manage it for you.

You will not be able to manage your birthdate if you're a minor.

if your parental email no longer exists you will need to contact xbox customer support and tell them about this. They will probably need to speak to your parent. They will gather some info and escalate this for you. If it definitely no longer exists then
they will create a new parental email for you.

Please go to login.live.com first and select cant access your account. When you enter the email above the characters box it will tell you if the email is a valid Microsoft account email or not. if it is not valid there then support will help you. It is still
valid you will need to try to reset the password as xbox support will not be able to change the parental email if it is still valid.

i know this now however it still does not work because my the parental email account is no longer in existence

the problem is that it says that my "parent email" password is incorrect. Yet the email that is "attached" is in fact not the email address at all. and when i try to log in with the email you guys says was the parent email it says does not exist with microsoft
account. i spend 4 hours on the phone with support.
