    Ordering a new xbox one s, xbox rewards deal not working


    I am an xbox live rewards member and have gold xbox live. Want to buy a xbox one s from the microsoft store. The deal with xbox rewards is that you a get a free game and a free express delivery.When I add the bundle to my cart I cannot select my free game
    or a prompt does not show, have been through sales team and xbox support and they suggested i came here. Deal runs out soon so asap

    You would need to contact customer support for Microsoftstore.com. Rewards support can only assist if you have trouble with the rewards credits, but not the actual checkout on the store's website.

    xbox one S compatible with this offer?

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with the Rewards program, but in order to qualify for that offer you do have to be an Xbox One owner upgrading to a One S. You may want to post in the Rewards forum to see if 360 members
    are eligible as well.

    The same happened to my xbox one. I purchased a new xbox one s within days cuz I couldn't deal with being without xbox live n gaming.. I did however order a new adapter for xbox one.. Microsoft don't manufacture adapters for xb1 original anymore, but the
    one I purchased works just as good and I think they're approved by ms to be used with the console. I gave my xbox one to a close friend and she's been gaming daily for almost a year now. I write this because I want you to know that you can keep gaming on your
