Ordered Xbox Series X - money from my account, no confirmation

Hello,

Last night I ordered the Xbox Series X from the German Microsoft Store. I paid via iDeal, and the money is gone from my bank account.

I did not receive a confirmation email from Microsoft, nor is my order in 'Billing History'.

Does anyone know if my order will still get processed? And when I can expect to hear something from Microsoft?

I have also this evening bought a Xbox series x from the Xbox store, it's taken money from my account but still says pending and no email to confirm this?

Unfortunately, it isn't there either. And I do not have an ordernumber or anything. Trying to contact them is of no use, because they require an ordernumber to check on it. But my money is still removed.

check in your devices and see if the new unit is there as if bought through microsoft they automatically add it to your account (bit daft especially if its a present for someone else)

otherwise look through past orders as may still find it listed

No guarantee, but baring shipping issues they are pretty good at getting it there on time, if not early.

I pre-ordered the Series X direct from Microsoft, and it appears on my MS Order History. However, I've not received a confirmation e-mail that the order was placed. Was there a glitch with sending of e-mail confirmations for the pre-orders? Should I be
concerned with the status of my order?
