    Ordered Madden NFL 17 Super Deluxe Edition and did not receive the codes for the Packs


    Pre-Ordered Madden NFL 17 Super Deluxe Edition from the Microsoft store and did not receive the codes for the Packs. Microsoft Store support sent me to Live Support who sent me here, please help!!!

    Madden 17 Pre-Order Bonus

    I had pre-ordered Madden 17 Super Deluxe digital edition on my Xbox One and understood that with the pre-order I would receive 30 Ranked Tickets and 30 All-Pro Packs. I did receive the 30 tickets, but did not receive any pro-packs with my pre-order.

    I would not have purchased the super deluxe edition if I knew I would not receive any Pro-packs. Please help and let me know if these can be provided.

    I have the same problem I bought that version I got my tickets but my 30 all pro packs are nowhere to be found

    I talked to EA and they told me that you get a pack a week for 30 weeks thats how you get you 30 packs so you have to make sure that every week you log into the game

    If you bought the Digital Deluxe version, there is no additional pre-order code.
    Take a look at the rest of the info there and let us know if that helps resolve your issue. :)

    I talked to EA and they told me that you get a pack a week for 30 weeks thats how you get you 30 packs so you have to make sure that every week you log into the game

    Are you inquiring about the Event Tickets and Pro Packs? If so, you will want to visit EA's

    What Packs to Expect in Your Madden 17 Edition     page. For further assistance on NFL in-game items such as this, please refer to the 'Related articles' at the bottom of that page. This content was not sent out via Xbox Live, so unfortunately we will not have
    any codes for that specific content.

    The only content we are able to assist with on this game is the EA Access code you should have received 7-10 days after pre-ordering the game. Did you receive that EA access code? If not, which day did you pre-order Madden 17?
