Thanks for reaching out to the Xbox forums! I am sorry to hear that you were under the impression that the games you purchased on 11/6 were physical versions. Unfortunately, if the games were purchased on the Xbox console or Xbox.com, we only sell digital versions of Xbox games. Despite the games being out of our return policy, I have reached out to our support team and had them issue a one-off courtesy refund for these two titles. Please make sure not to install or play the games. You should see the refund within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please let me know once your refund has been posted back to your account. You can also check the status of it via accounts.microsoft.com. Have a wonderful day and happy gaming.

I would recommend contacting MS Billing Support right away, I am sure they should be able to assist you. Typically all digital sales are final but given the circumstances they may be able to assist.

mine hasn't come yet either! but game pre-orders are meant to come on the DAY of release so we'll see.

If I where to pre order it would be best buy or amazon but pretty much nowhere anymore. I wait for the price to drop in most cases and for it to be on the dashboard/XBL marketplace.
