    Never received Microsoft Store pre-order reward credits.

    I pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV from the microsoft store and even after the 15 days, I still don't have my reward credits. It was a physical copy.

    The promotion to receive 15,000 reward credits for pre-ordering the physical disc from microsoftstore.com is issued 10-15 business days after the title launches. So you would not see those deposited until around December 13th - 20th.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. It would seem quite a few players are experiencing an issue with downloading this DLC. After verifying on your account that you have the proper License to the content please try removing your profile
    from the Xbox One and redownloading it. Here is an excerpt from the final fantasy website "FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES is available to players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV and the FINAL FANTASY XV Season Pass, FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES
    or the previously-released FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES (DLC version) ". Please let us know how it goes.

    How do I get Final Fantasy 15 demo?

    It comes out tomorrow Thursday 19th for Australia and New Zealand. If you pre-order from EB Games which I have, they give you a code which you can redeem to get Final Fantasy XV Demo free. I checked to Xbox Store and Type 0 may be around 22GB big and Final
    Fantasy XV Demo will be around 6GB big, for Xbox 1. It's 8:52 pm Wednesday 18th NZ time.

    I am about to pre-order Final Fantasy XV but still have not received any answer for this. If I do, will the system think that I have 3 games pre-ordered? And what would happen next? Will I get charged back once it is obvious that in reality I only had 2
    games pre-ordered? If that would be the case I will refrain from pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV. Could you please help me?
