    Hi i ordered the division gold edition and have yet to recieve anything about the 10$ you are giving out with preorders i contacted customer support and they told me to post here.

    I pre-ordered The Division after seeing an advertisement online for a $10 credit if preordered through microsoft store, but I did not receive my credit.

    3 months of gold / minecraft promotion

    i bought 3 months of gold via my Xbox one on june 26 to recieve the minecraft promotion and i did not recieve my code, the promotion says that i will recieve my code before july 31, i wait for that and now it is august 11 and still no code, help me please

    The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. If you ordered it from there, you should receive an email with the code about 10 business days after the game ships. If not, you'll need to contact their customer support.

    First of all, @Xbox360ital he isn't saying he did not get an acheivment, he is saying his team did not get promoted to the next division.

    Ok here we go.

    As far as I know, When you select the team you want to play as, you will get promoted to the relevant league that specific team is in once you are promoted from Division 2. So, for example you pick Manchester United, once promotion from Division 2 is secured
    you will move into English Premier League. If you pick Barcelona, You will move into the top flight of Spanish football, La Liga. However, once you reach this "Division 1" that is the final Division for you to gain promotion to.

    So simply put, If you have already been promoted from the Initial Division 2 into the "Division 1" you have already reached the top flight division of the Master League, and there will be no more promotions as there is not a League/Division above it. You
    have reached the Holy Grail of football :)

    OK I know 3month cards aren't 10bucks so I'm guessing you entered a 3month code instead of buying a promotion to get the 10 dollar currency code back?

    That would be your issue

    In order to get the 10 dollar code you must buy the membership with a billing option

    A prepaid code is a previous purchase which had its own terms set at the point of sale

    So no you didn't buy the membershipa as required to get the 10 dollars
