i ordered a controller off microsoft and it didn’t arrive but ups said it did and when i refunded it, they told me it had to come with the controller but i dont have it

as stated, what you saw was a test charge, if you ordered 30 days ago that test charge evaporates after a few days. The final charges done within 10 days of release. So if you weren't charge that money sometime in the last week or so, you were not charged

I ordered a headset not a controller. I was told the item will ship in 2-3 days of the warehouse receiving the order and I would not be charged until the item ships. I have been charged twice, last time was a week and a half ago and my item still says
its pending. So this did not resolve my issue
