    I order this xbox one S on Nov 22nd 2017, i havent received it and XBOX support not responding to it. Where else i can complain????

    I did chat to support and called them today and they disconnected on me.

    Xbox One S ordered never received - No help from support

    I have ordered this xbox one s on Nov 22nd, over 2 weeks no update from xbox shipment and UPS said they havent received it. looks like its lost in the air. I have never seen such a bad support team from xbox

    I ordered it on June 24th and received an email stating that the arrival date will be Nov. 22nd. I also got a promotional discount of $86.00 definitely happy about that.

    As you should have received an order confirmation e-mail containing order details and order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
    Yes, order from Microsoft store on Nov 22nd expecting to recive before christmas. i received all the bundle except the console. I have UPS tracking# but as per UPS its only documentation, they havent recived the console. Contacted support several time but
    the xbox support is horrible. I have to find out where to make a complaint again them!
