Ordered a Series X Bundle, only the controller is arriving today…

I'm really sorry about this. Sometimes consoles manufacturing and shipping can get delayed. I do not work for Microsoft/Xbox and I'm not a representative at all. I'm just a fellow gamer. And I'm not saying this is "normal" or that this is fair to you since you payed for express shipping.

But this happened with other users (specially after the pandemic) and as long as the order is showing as pending, not canceled, you will receive your console.

Also, express shipping doesn't mean they'll ship it out faster. That's the option they choose when they actually ship it to you instead of ground for example which typically takes longer.

I have the same problem I ordered an Xbox series s starter bundle on 26th of December, arrived 2nd jan, no game pass code to be found literally pulled the cardboard apart

Interestingly enough, I ordered a bundle that included Ghosts.... The game is still processing and isn't expected to arrive until "on or shortly after" the 29th. The console and controller are shipping as anticipated.

You can actually pre-order it now and play the game when your Xbox Series X console arrives. The Series X/S version of the game isn't compatible with Xbox One consoles including Xbox One X.
