    Ordered a product, got charged for it, never received it, and NOBODY wants o refund me


    12/01/2020 = I ordered a "Xbox Rechargeable Battery + USB-C® Cable" from the Microsoft Store, to Azores (Portugal).

    12/23/2020, 6:05 P.M. = Label Created (Netherlands).

    12/23/2020 9:12 P.M. = Shipped (Eindhoven, Netherlands).

    Days passed by... I'm like "Where's my package?" And that's when I checked my "Order Details" and found out the following note: "Delivery failed - processing refund: refund will be issued within 4-7 business days." OBS: No notifications, warnings or explanations. Just that note in there (img 1).

    12/24/2020 1:33 P.M. = Return to Sender (Lisbon, Portugal). Once again, no notifications, warnings or explanations. Just a note in the UPS website - oh the irony (img 2).

    01/04/2021 = Those 22,99€, that were unavailable, simply vanished from my bank account. And now "The shipping label expired on 1/22/2021" ???

    I spent this whole week losing work hours to listen to [mod removed] from every phone number I called or you guys redirected me to. I commented everywhere, posted my doubts anywhere, spoke to the store, spoke to the Xbxox department.... EVERYONE.... And tried EVERYTHING. And still, NOBODY wants to refund me.

    What is the BIG deal with making a refund?

    I really hope to solve this situation as soon as possible and in a good way, 'cause I have no time for this and I deserve my money back. I won't give up.

    Really dissapointed with your services, but still waiting for this to be the last time I'm talking about this situation.

    As this is a community forum, we are all fellow gamers here so refunds are not given via the forums. You'll have to continue trying to work with support.

    2 payments went off from one game and no second refund

    okay so, let me explain i was charged twice for 1 game, then when i requested the refund i only got refunded once when i submitted the request i stated i wanted the refund for both charges and thus me not getting the game
    This is where it is confusing as you stated in your original post:

    "when this happened it charged me again but i got the game"

    So you are saying that you never received the game?

    You should have received the email from Minecraft.

    If you got charged and did not receive the order confirmation email, Minecraft Support will not refund you since you have no order number or transaction ID with you. You will need to contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the charge.
